Terms of Business

• Any service or fee queries should be solved prior to booking an appointment through the ‘Contact Us‘ form. Once the ILA is given, the fee will be chargeable
• Booking an appointment constitutes a request for service and a reserved period of Solicitor time. Should you (the client) then decide it is not necessary we reserve the right to charge a fee.
• Postage of any documents will be provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is included in the price. Standard service will be posted out as part of the twice weekly ILA post run.
• Re-signing of documents due to a revised mortgage offer or misplaced copy will be charged at £50 + VAT. This includes postage.
• All advice will be provided by a qualified solicitor practising with Barretts Law Limited, authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority with number 8001861
